Ramsha primarily practices in the areas of Family Law and Personal Injury Law. Before becoming a lawyer, she gained valuable experience working as a bodily injury adjuster with leading insurance companies. Ramsha has appeared in both the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench numerous occasions. Notably, she successfully brought an application before the Court of King’s Bench involving parenting issues, securing increased parenting time for her client. In her personal injury practice, Ramsha has achieved substantial settlement awards on behalf of clients injured in motor vehicle accidents. She is a strong advocate for fair and equal access to justice and is committed to working diligently to protect the rights and interests of those she represents. She earned her law degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom with honours. She is also fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.
