Paul Caron’s practice emphasizes all aspects of real estate law, including commercial lending, residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, financing and the enforcement of secured obligations.
His civil litigation practice is restricted to issues involving real estate law including foreclosures. Paul acts as legal counsel to private citizens, chartered banks, trust companies, large development corporations, life insurance companies, mortgage corporations, municipal authorities and boards, private mortgage lenders, real estate firms, builders and mortgage brokers.
Paul has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta and before the Supreme Court of Canada.
