Patrick Trudel

Patrick is a lawyer with experience in a variety of areas. He is happy to provide legal services for the firm’s clients in both official languages

Patrick regularly assists clients with their corporate and commercial transactions, commercial real estate and leasing transactions, franchises, and tax sensitive reorganizations of their businesses and estates. Patrick has experience in Immigration law, particularly regarding Humanitarian & Compassionate applications, refugee claims, and applications for judicial review of negative outcomes. Finally, Patrick regularly assists the firm’s litigators in the resolution or litigation of their client’s disputes. In that regard, Patrick has appeared before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.

Prior to joining Caron & Partners LLP, Patrick gained experience with a tax planning and wealth preservation firm in Calgary, working on a variety of corporate, trust, estate, and tax matters. Patrick also has experience working for small businesses and major Canadian retailers.
