Joshua is a solicitor with a primary focus in corporate, commercial, and real estate matters.  His approach is to work closely from the outset with clients to move matters forward.

In his commercial law practice, Joshua regularly advises clients who are operating in a multitude of industries and business sectors on purchases and sales of businesses, mergers, secured transactions & financing, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate governance, and reorganizations . He enjoys a broad real estate practice representing  individuals looking to purchase, sell, or finance residential property, and corporate clients with acquisitions, divestment, financing, leasing,  developments, and joint ventures. Joshua participates in a wide variety of domestic and national financial services transactions and has experience acting for lenders and borrowers for all types of financing.

Joshua's practice also extends to include providing legal services to the board of governors for not-for-profit companies and societies ensuring sustainability and proper governance, as well as wealth/estate/transition planning for individuals and family-run businesses.
