Andrew’s practice focus is litigation and dispute resolution. He has completed trials before both the King’s Bench and Court of Justice in Alberta and conducted appeals before Alberta’s Court of Appeal. Andrew also advises clients on administrative and municipal matters and has appeared before the Land Compensation Board.

Numerous of Andrew’s clients rely on him as a regular advisor to gauge risk and avoid litigation where possible. But when formal steps are required to resolve a dispute, Andrew demonstrates tireless advocacy while adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards.

Andrew is a husband and father of three, an avid hunter and outdoorsmen, and a proud Maritimer and adopted Westerner.
