Aidan Henderson

Aidan Henderson practices civil and commercial litigation. He has been involved in a wide range of litigation matters in the areas of banking, foreclosure, debt collection, insolvency, regulatory law, corporate and commercial disputes, personal injury, wrongful dismissal (both on behalf of employers and employees), construction, breach of contract, and defamation amongst others. Aidan has experience in all facets of litigation and has acted for clients in all steps of the litigation process, from inception through to trial, as well as appeals and enforcement of judgments or orders.

Aidan has successfully represented clients in the Provincial Court of Alberta, Court of Queen’s Bench, Court of Appeal and at various tribunals.
