The cost of this service is $214.00. (including GST). This cost includes the government filing fee of $100.00. Upon receipt of  the necessary forms and payment, we will register your incorporation.

This service assumes that you either are going to use the name of a numbered company or that you have instituted the steps required to obtain a name for your corporation. If you need to obtain a corporate name we suggest that you first use our "Name Search" service.
