Basic Incorporation Document And Information Download


Prior to using this service we suggest that you carefully review our article, Incorporating an Alberta Corporation.

 This service will provide you with the following:

  • the forms that contain the information necessary to incorporate an Alberta corporation;
  • basic instructions on how to complete and register the forms;
  • our registration service.

The cost of this service is $214.00. (including GST). This cost includes the government filing fee of $100.00. Upon receipt of  the necessary forms and payment, we will register your incorporation.

This service assumes that you either are going to use the name of a numbered company or that you have instituted the steps required to obtain a name for your corporation. If you need to obtain a corporate name we suggest that you first use our "Name Search" service. Once you have obtained your search result, return to our site as a "Returning Client", then continue with your incorporation. Click here to use our Name Search service.
