Arthur H. Wenngatz

Arthur Wenngatz is a senior counsel who practices primarily in the various areas of litigation including commercial litigation, family law, and matrimonial law.  He has provided legal counsel to professionals in dealing with disciplinary matters with their respective associations, including acting as counsel on matters before the Law Society of Alberta, Certified General Accountants Association, College & Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta, and others.

He provides counsel for owner-operated enterprises and individuals in the areas of commercial and real estate developments and financing.

Arthur has conducted numerous jury and judge alone trials and has conducted numerous appeals. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta on a wide variety of matters.

Arthur is fluent in the German language and provides legal counsel to German speaking clients in Canada and abroad.
