• a basic will precedent suitable for use by a married person with children; and

• basic instructions on how to prepare and execute the will.

The will precedent provided assumes the following:

• you are married

• in the event of your death, you will leave everything to your spouse

• in the event of your death, if your spouse has predeceased you, you will leave everything to your child or children in equal shares
