This service will provide you with the following:

• Annual Return Form;
• Shareholder Resolution;
• Director Resolution;
• Notice of Change of Directors;
• basic instructions on how to complete and register the forms;
• our registration service.

The cost of this service is $80.25. (including GST).  Upon receipt of  the necessary forms and payment, we will register your Annual Return and, if applicable, Notice of Change of Directors.

This service assumes that:

• you are an Alberta corporation;

• your shareholders will be waiving the requirement of appointing an auditor;

• your shareholders have received and are approving the corporation's financial statements;

• you have no more than 6 shareholders;

• you have no more than 4 directors.
  

If the foregoing assumptions are incorrect, the forms provided in this service may not be appropriate.
