Ms. McNutt graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, with a concentration in Marketing, in 2001, and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 2004. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2005 and joined Caron & Partners LLP in 2006.

Ms. McNutt practices primarily in the area of civil litigation and has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta as well as the Court of Queen’s Bench.
